Collect intelligence to the same unmatched standard across all meeting formats
Relate is built to optimize objective feedback from your stakeholders, wherever possible. In this section you can step into the role of a meeting attendee and view the features of Relate from their perspective. Check out the safe space you have given them to be active whether that be providing feedback, researching your product, moving themselves along your sales pipeline and through to the page where they can buy your product.
Setting the script for your attendees to follow.
There are questions that you want asked in every customer meeting. Now you can submit these questions using Relate’s custom fields and select recurrence for all of your meetings for the select product or service. Better still you can show you client these questions in their version of Relate. For Relate for Business and Enterprise subscribers, you can ensure that these questions are being asked across your team, across your organization.
You can give your attendees lots of things to do on Relate.
When the meeting starts on Relate, your attendees can open up the Tools icon that then displays two tabs:
- The Questions tab where they can work though the agenda for this meeting with you; and
- The Resources tab where they can provide feedback and reviews in private, feel good about the carbon they are not emitting at this meeting, research your product, move themselves along your sales pipeline, buy your product and respond to the custom questions you want answered.
At the start of all of your meetings on Relate, invite your attendee(s) to open up the Tools icon at the bottom of their screen. There they can work though the agenda with you on the Questions tab.
As for the questions you want to ask, you have a choice:
(1) You can ask, they answer and their answer is either transcribed or you enter it through your Resources tab; or
(2) Let your attendees know they have a Resources tab that gives them a safe space to provide feedback and fulfilment signals. This is particularly powerful in roundtable and few to many meeting settings.
Let them know that their feedback helps your organization improve meeting effectiveness.
Unmatched meeting intelligence.
